Back in 2010 I shot with a very talented artistic photographer Ville Kansanen! He had a creative vision for an ongoing series that he was pretty much just starting to shoot. Starting this September of 2012 I start teaching Hatha Yoga at the Coffee Garden Gallery in Sacramento. Right now I teach Sunday mornings at 10-11am and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm. I'm really excited to be teaching yoga at this wonderful space!

Summer's slowly turning to autumn...

Summer dreamily floated by under blue skies of evermore... 

At the end of June, I finally got a more sassy haircut. It was cut shorter with layers and fringe bangs. So we'll see how I let it grow out. Most likely longer with layers at longer lengths. I much prefer having a style that fits my present day self...rather than who I used to be.

There are subtle differences in the art of penning lyrics vs. poems.  Below are a few!

The art of penning lyrics is different than the art of penning poems. Poems have much more liberty in the liberal usage of words. Whereas lyrics require a concise amount of words that can be set to music rhythmically.  As well as an almost approximate amount of words that don't daunt the mind too muc...
