When I'm strumming along to actual lyrics the beat and strum make total sense.

Now I have to be open to hearing the inbetween. The music part that connects one section of lyrics to the next.Not putting too much not putting too little.

So I have to...

open the ears. hear the spaces inbetween. what do they say? how do they want to be heard? to what beat do they move to connect? just listen.

So I can get it to flow and move from beginning to end. Some clues are set eg chords to pick from. The other clues to figure out is the cadence and rhythm. 'Cause that's what will connect the inbetween to all that is already.

This is my music task at hand... and to enjoy the process!!!
